What you will do

  • Set strategy, budget and testing priorities for paid media, SEO, lifecycle and affiliate, and hold the paid agency to CAC and payback target
  • Work with the growth product manager on the join flow and site conversion, sharing one testing roadmap
  • Partner with the brand manager and PR agency so brand, content and earned media feed into conversion and acquisition cost
  • Own the marketing plan, budget and channel forecast, report weekly on funnel performance and move spend where it earns more
