Director of Product Management and IT Operations

About the role

This leadership role sets the direction for a proprietary software platform while keeping IT infrastructure and systems stable and secure. It combines product management, technical guidance and operational oversight, reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.

What you will do

• Lead the product lifecycle from idea to launch, gathering user feedback and writing user stories and specs
• Guide an offshore development team on features, enhancements and operational issues
• Ensure compliance with security standards such as SOC 2 and HIPAA
• Manage relationships with customers, investors and internal teams to gather requirements and share progress
• Oversee daily IT operations, including helpdesk support and quick fixes during onboarding

• Extensive product management experience with a strong software development and project management background
• Direct experience in employee benefits or benefits administration technology
• Ability to think creatively about software that solves complex real-world problems
• Strong communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Nice to have

• Familiarity with SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance requirements

Pay

USD 130,000 to 150,000 per year
