- Own the benefits product from start to finish, including eligibility, enrollment, claims adjudication, payer and employer reconciliation, an

- Create and apply a triage framework for bespoke client requests, weighing platform leverage and roadmap sequence, routing work and explainin
- Lead and develop a group of product managers across benefits, payments and eligibility and enrollment
