Director of Talent Operations, Strategy & Automation

About the role

Lead the strategy and automation roadmap for talent operations, building systems that let human-data work scale. The role shapes an internal platform for pipelines, onboarding, subscriptions and workflows.

What you will do

• Own the automation roadmap and rank the changes with the greatest operational payoff
• Rework workflows for scale by finding bottlenecks, failure points and needless manual steps
• Define requirements, business logic and success criteria for internal operations systems
• Partner with product, engineering, data, recruiting and finance from discovery to rollout
• Track impact on capacity, cycle time, manual effort, reliability and errors

What they look for

• Substantial experience in operations strategy, automation, product operations or business operations
• A record of converting manual operations into scalable systems and workflows
• Strong product judgment and skill at translating operational problems into technical requirements
• Experience teaming with product and engineering on internal platforms or operational tooling
• Analytical and communication skills spanning technical and operational teams

Nice to have

• Background in AI data operations, human-data infrastructure, marketplaces or distributed workforces

Pay

USD 120,000 to 160,000 per year
