About the role

Format and rebrand corporate and site documents using approved templates, keeping styles consistent and checking document properties.

What you will do

• Format and rebrand documents in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel
• Apply consistent styles through approved templates for procedures, guidelines, presentations, checklists and forms
• Run quality checks on formatting and document properties such as revision number, date, owner and approver
• Convert PDF files into Word using approved templates
• Keep sensitive business documents confidential
• Report to and coordinate with the client document controller
