What you will do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls and written support contacts.
- Help customers with account funding and payment-related questions.
- Negotiate payment arrangements and secure payment commitments.
- Investigate and resolve collection-related issues and explain account history and policies.
- Identify and support vulnerable customers and provide insolvency-related help.
- Arrange callbacks, route customers to the right teams and log interactions in internal systems.
