  • Build and customise solutions on Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement to support front-office work and the customer journey.
  • Configure and customise Dynamics CRM 2016, including plugins, custom workflow activities, JavaScript and business rules.
  • Write and tune SQL queries, and build SSIS packages with KingswaySoft to fix data issues.
