What you will do

• Design and ship vault strategies covering lending, yield aggregation, structured products and new product types
• Optimize execution, signals, gas-aware rebalancing, liquidity and duration management
• Run due diligence on protocols, collateral assets and chains for strategy inclusion
• Set and own risk parameters such as supply caps, exposure limits and automated de-risking
• Extend risk monitoring and alerting, and join the on-call rotation for owned strategies

What they look for

• Strong Python with solid software engineering fundamentals such as testing and code review
• Applied quantitative skills in optimization, statistics and simulation
• Comfort with SQL and building or consuming data pipelines
• Experience debugging live systems and owning production reliability
• Clear technical communication
