E-commerce Operations and Customer Support Virtual Assistant

About the role

Support the customer journey and back-end operations for a direct-to-consumer brand, handling support tickets, orders, warehouse coordination and partner documentation.

What you will do

• Answer customer inquiries in Gorgias about products, orders, shipping, returns and warranties
• Watch Shopify orders for payment, address or inventory risks and resolve them promptly
• Process edits, cancellations, refunds and returns according to policy
• Track shipments and delivery exceptions, following up with carriers
• Coordinate daily with US and European warehouses on fulfillment and discrepancies
• Prepare commercial invoices and shipping documents for international shipments

Pay

USD 1,500 to 1,600 per month
