E-commerce Operations Associate

About the role

An operations-heavy role supporting brand managers across a portfolio of consumer businesses. You keep systems, reporting, inventory and cross-channel work running across DTC, subscription and Amazon.

What you will do

• Track inventory, plan demand and manage reorder cadence across DTC, subscription and Amazon
• Coordinate with suppliers, co-packers and logistics partners to keep stock and SKUs healthy
• Build and maintain daily and weekly reports on sales, performance and forecasts
• Support subscription operations including cadence, swaps and upcoming orders
• Run Amazon Seller Central and Vendor Central tasks such as listings, inventory and cases
• Coordinate tasks across brands and help plan launches, campaigns and influencer work

What they look for

• Three or more years of hands-on operations, supply chain or logistics experience, ideally with a consumer brand, logistics provider or manuf
• Real inventory experience with reorder points, lead times, safety stock and sell-through
• Demand planning skills including forecasts, purchase orders and stock balancing
• Experience managing vendors such as suppliers, co-packers or freight forwarders
• Comfort with inventory platforms, Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, subscription tools and spreadsheets
• Strong written and verbal English, organized, detail-oriented and self-directed
