What you will do
- Gather, analyze and document business requirements with clinical, billing, admin and IT stakeholders
- Review workflows and recommend improvements using eCW features
- Support configuration and upkeep of eCW modules, templates, forms, reports and workflows
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate fixes with internal teams and eCW support
- Write functional specs, workflow diagrams, test scripts and process documentation
- Run user acceptance testing and validate changes before they go live
