Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Task Lead (AI Projects)

About the role

You will lead a small pod of technical trainers who write realistic terminal-based tasks used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems. The work blends technical review, quality assurance and team leadership.

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 to 10 technical trainers, keeping quality and delivery on track
• Review tasks end to end, covering problem statements, code, netlists, HDL, datasets and automated tests
• Check tasks in areas such as HPC, parallel computing, compilers, databases, GPU computing, circuit design and embedded systems
• Confirm technical correctness of algorithms, numerical accuracy, memory, concurrency, circuit laws and timing
• Validate tools, dependencies and build processes so results can be reproduced
• Review automated graders and flag tasks that could be passed without real computation

What they look for

• Advanced Linux and command-line proficiency
• Strong written English
