Electrical Engineering and Computer Science Task Lead (AI Projects)

About the role

Lead a small pod of technical trainers who build realistic terminal based tasks used to train and evaluate advanced AI systems. The work blends deep technical review with quality assurance and team leadership.

What you will do

• Guide and coach a group of five to ten trainers, keeping output consistent and on schedule
• Check tasks from start to finish, covering problem statements, code, netlists, HDL, datasets and tests
• Confirm correctness of algorithms, memory use, concurrency, circuit laws, timing and stability
• Verify that compilers, simulators, dependencies and build steps give reproducible results
• Spot flaky tests caused by race conditions, nondeterminism or simulation convergence problems
• Review automated graders and give concrete feedback until quality issues are closed

What they look for

• A PhD, postdoctoral work or comparable advanced expertise in computer science, electrical engineering or a related field
• Solid coding in C or C++, Rust, Python, Julia, Fortran, MATLAB or hardware description languages
• Advanced comfort with Linux and command line tooling
• Hands on depth in one area such as parallel computing, systems, scientific software, circuit simulation, signal processing, power systems or
