Owns the strategy, governance and ongoing improvement of an enterprise EMR and clinical systems ecosystem. The role leads a modernisation programme and then acts as long term operational owner of the platform.
What you will do
- Own the long term roadmap for the EMR and adjacent clinical systems
- Design and refine future state workflows across scheduling, intake, documentation, billing and patient engagement
- Set governance standards for configurations, integrations and operational change
- Lead the EMR transition from vendor selection through go live and post launch optimisation
- Coordinate operations, clinical, revenue cycle, analytics and technology stakeholders
- Work with external consultants, implementation vendors and platform partners
