Lead a new team building a Kubernetes application delivery product that keeps Argo CD in place while replacing the surrounding release glue.
What you will do
- Hire and lead the engineering team for the new product
- Set build priorities together with the Product Manager
- Own the architecture of the application delivery product
- Guide work on release promotion, approvals, policy gates and audit trails
- Oversee an agent, API and Terraform provider running near customer Argo CD
What they look for
- Experience managing and building software engineering teams
- Strong background with Kubernetes and GitOps workflows
- Familiarity with Argo CD and release promotion across environments
- Knowledge of Terraform, OpenTofu, Helm and Kustomize
- Understanding of secure agents in restricted or air-gapped networks
