About the role

Lead a platform and DevOps team that builds the cloud, CI/CD and AI coding-agent tooling product engineers rely on, making the path from pull request to production fast and safe.

What you will do

Manage and develop platform and DevOps engineers while remaining hands-on part of the week
Own the AWS platform including infrastructure as code, Kubernetes, CI/CD, observability and incident response
Drive safe and aligned adoption of agentic software development practices
Make automated verification standard so product teams ship with embedded tests on web and mobile
Build pipelines and environments that keep up with agent-generated change
Track and improve delivery metrics such as CI time, review and QA

What they look for

Hands-on platform or DevOps background with prior people management experience
Experience applying coding agents and LLM tooling across a real software lifecycle
Strong grasp of CI/CD, regression suite coverage and moving teams to automated testing
Fluent in delivery and release practices
