Enterprise Account Director

About the role

Drive revenue growth by selling security for AI products and services to enterprise customers. Work with marketing, product and customer success to deliver solutions that meet client expectations.

What you will do

• Build and run a strategic sales plan to hit targets and grow the customer base in the security for AI segment
• Cultivate lasting ties with C-level stakeholders and decision makers to understand needs and position solutions
• Handle complex negotiations and contract talks for terms that suit both company and customer
• Team with internal groups on tailored proposals, presentations and demos that show solution value
• Track sales metrics, forecast accuracy and pipeline in CRM tools to guide business decisions
• Represent the company at industry events and conferences to build thought leadership

What they look for

• At least seven years of enterprise sales success in cybersecurity or AI technology
• Business acumen and strategic thinking to turn complex technical solutions into customer benefits
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills with influence at every level
• Self-motivated, results-driven and able to work alone or in a team in a fast-paced setting
