Enterprise Account Executive

About the role

Manage and grow relationships with large strategic clients, driving new business, account expansion and retention while acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders.

What you will do

• Develop and execute account plans to hit sales targets and grow existing accounts
• Build rapport with contacts at every level, including the C-suite
• Hunt for new leads and opportunities in the enterprise market
• Lead the sales process from discovery to close, including complex negotiations
• Ensure successful implementation and adoption, and resolve customer concerns
• Achieve revenue targets and work with product, marketing and engineering teams

What they look for

• 6 or more years in national and enterprise sales with a record of exceeding targets
• Consultative selling skills and ability to tailor solutions and value propositions
• Strong interpersonal skills for building executive relationships
• Knowledge of telecommunications trends, challenges and opportunities
• Proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce, presentation software and spreadsheets

Nice to have

• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Experience influencing and directing the work of others
• Comfort with computers and Microsoft Office, especially Excel
