Enterprise Account Executive, New England

About the role

Sell behavioral AI security solutions into large enterprise accounts in a defined New England territory. The role focuses on building pipeline and closing new annual recurring revenue beyond quota.

What you will do

• Own and expand a defined enterprise territory, aiming to exceed new annual recurring revenue targets
• Manage the entire deal cycle for large accounts, from first contact through technical evaluation, signing and upsell
• Build new business opportunities using marketing, channel partners and customer referrals
• Sell an expanding platform covering email, identity, AI security and insider threat
• Work with Customer Success to safeguard renewals and identify expansion early
• Maintain accurate pipeline data in Salesforce, Highspot and Close Plan

What they look for

• At least 3 years of direct enterprise hunting experience in organizations with 3k+ employees
• Proven record of prospecting, winning new logos and growing accounts in competitive markets
• Strong negotiation skills for complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
• Consistent over-quota performance, ideally in the top 10% of a sales organization
• Technical fluency in security, email, cloud and AI to engage with CISOs
• Cybersecurity or security background
