Enterprise Analytics Consultant

About the role

You will support executive leadership in analytics, finance and strategy through cross functional analytics and data governance work. The role builds enterprise reporting and dashboards that inform strategic decisions.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain enterprise dashboards and reports in Power BI
• Build and optimize data models, ETL processes and pipelines with SQL and Databricks
• Use Epic Clarity and healthcare data sources to produce business insights
• Lead enterprise data governance and data quality efforts
• Create automated monitoring, anomaly detection and surveillance reporting
• Partner with business leaders to solve complex problems and guide decisions

What they look for

• Bachelor's degree
• Five or more years of business acumen experience
• Advanced Power BI development skills
• SQL, ETL and data engineering expertise
• Databricks experience
• Epic Clarity healthcare reporting experience

Nice to have

• Master's degree
• Five or more years of analytics experience
• Five or more years in the healthcare industry
• Experience with fraud detection, compliance or investigative analytics

Pay

USD 122,408 to 179,649.60 per year
