Enterprise Risk Management Analyst

About the role

Support core enterprise risk activities by analysing risk data and building scalable tools and reporting. The analyst turns complex findings into clear insights that guide risk-informed decisions.

What you will do

• Analyse large and sometimes unstructured datasets to spot trends, anomalies and emerging risk signals
• Create repeatable methods, dashboards, metrics and visualisations for monitoring enterprise risk
• Combine risk assessments, incidents, key risk indicators, audit findings and external signals into one view
• Investigate shifts in risk indicators, test assumptions and separate real signals from noise
• Automate recurring analysis, data preparation and reporting with SQL, Python and AI tools
• Work with finance, legal, compliance, security, operations and strategy teams to explain findings clearly

What they look for

• One to four years in risk analytics, data analytics, business intelligence or financial analysis
• Proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with Python or similar analytical tools
• Ability to turn an ambiguous business question into a structured analysis and a clear conclusion
• Skill at translating analysis into risk insights for leadership and cross-functional audiences
• Responsible use of generative AI with human oversight to improve efficiency and quality
