Epic Application Analyst

About the role

An Epic-certified analyst role focused on improving revenue cycle operations through workflow design, system build and process improvement across operations and IT teams.

What you will do

• Develop and roll out a long-term Epic strategy spanning operations and IT
• Advise revenue cycle and IT leaders on best practice processes and Epic functionality
• Lead Epic issue resolution and change requests, producing decision documents and build support
• Run client meetings and monitor client satisfaction
• Build and test system changes under the IT change control process
• Track key performance indicators and recommend workflow or enhancement improvements

What they look for

• A current Epic certification in a revenue cycle focused module
• Ability to educate operational leaders on process improvement and Epic practices
• Experience with reporting, work queue strategy and workflow design in revenue cycle
• Skill in producing clear documentation and status reports for large improvement projects
• Collaborative approach with revenue cycle and IT leadership
