ERM Program Manager

About the role

Hands-on role owning the execution of the enterprise risk management programme, from intake and register upkeep to board reporting. Works under the CISO and ERM lead with no direct reports.

What you will do

• Run the full ERM intake cycle, including tickets, interviews, surveys and incident signals
• Keep functional and enterprise risk registers current in Vanta with owners, scores and mitigations
• Coordinate check-ins with functional risk leads and resolve blockers
• Translate risks into enterprise categories and scenarios for reporting
• Prepare board-ready reporting on schedule

What they look for

• Hands-on experience running risk registers and scoring residual risk
• Ability to work with risk owners and functional leads across entities
• Skill in normalising inputs into a single enterprise view
• Experience producing board-level risk materials
