About the role

Lead a new organisation that draws communities usually absent from climate debates into environmental work by speaking to their values and daily concerns. Shape strategy, build partnerships and grow the organisation across the country.

What you will do

• Set and carry out the organisation's strategy in line with the wider network's mission
• Build the organisation's identity, culture, governance and team as it expands
• Recruit, coach and lead a small growing staff
• Forge trusted relationships with community leaders, local actors and organisations nationwide
• Lead fundraising from foundations, donors and institutional partners
• Represent the organisation in public debate, events and media
