What you will do

  • Support integration of GPUs, ConnectX NICs, BlueField DPUs and Grace and Vera CPUs into partner systems
  • Join schematic and PCB stack-up reviews and EVT/DVT bring-up
  • Track and reproduce customer bugs, then drive fixes with internal engineers and product teams
  • Guide customers through firmware, GPU Operator, Network Operator, DOCA/OFED, DCGM and MFT workflows
  • Coordinate across customer teams, third-party vendors and internal account and program managers

  • Strong Linux knowledge: kernel modules, driver stacks, Kubernetes or OpenShift operators and firmware updates
