Enterprise Support Engineer

About the role

This role delivers advanced technical support and engineering-level investigation for complex production problems reported by customers on financial crime compliance platforms. It is not scripted triage: you gather evidence, reproduce failures and see cases through to resolution.

What you will do

• Take ownership of customer cases from intake to resolution, with accurate logging, prioritisation, updates and SLA compliance
• Examine logs, configuration, secrets, data feeds, database records, API responses and deployment artifacts
• Troubleshoot Kubernetes and OpenShift resources such as pods, services, ingress, volumes, probes and scaling
• Diagnose faults across Java web applications, REST APIs, databases, messaging, storage, authentication, TLS and cloud infrastructure
• Separate product defects from environmental, configuration, resource, data and integration problems through evidence-based analysis
• Reproduce issues, test hypotheses, validate fixes and share findings with customers and colleagues

What they look for

• Experience supporting, deploying or troubleshooting enterprise web applications, ideally Java-based, in production
• Working knowledge of Linux or Unix and Windows, command-line diagnostics and deployment configuration
