Customer Success Specialist

About the role

You will own the wholesale customer experience, making sure orders are processed correctly and deliveries run smoothly from placement to arrival.

What you will do

• Serve as the main contact for wholesale customers, handling enquiries, requests and order changes
• Review and process daily orders arriving by phone, email, fax, EDI and the order portal
• Maintain the order portal and release orders in the ERP system, adjusting them to prevent errors
• Suggest order recommendations based on inventory needs and work with sales and marketing on extra order chances
• Track customer success metrics and KPIs, update daily revenue reports and fix basic spreadsheet issues
• Watch finished goods stock, flag possible shortages to supply chain and coordinate with logistics for on time delivery

• At least three years of customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking
• Ability to work across several departments
• Solid Microsoft Office skills
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes
