Field Application Scientist GSA

About the role

Bridges science and technology for customers across Germany, Switzerland and Austria by running demonstrations, supporting tenders, delivering training and driving sales growth for cell analysis systems.

What you will do

• Perform in-field and remote flow cytometer demonstrations and post-sale support
• Deliver customer training after purchase to ensure satisfaction
• Support sales staff through the sales process, including tender preparation
• Keep detailed activity records in the CRM system
• Collect customer feedback and raise issues through proper channels
• Identify follow-on sales opportunities for reagents, upgrades and accessories

What they look for

• Proven field support experience with practical flow cytometry
• Academic background in biotechnology or flow cytometry
• Good understanding of flow cytometry or related fields
• Strong problem solving with a customer-focused approach
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent English and German, willingness to travel about 80 percent, clean driving licence
