Field Marketing Manager

About the role

A field based marketing role that brings national campaigns to life through local events and consumer experiences, leading a team and building community ties in an assigned market.

What you will do

• Carry out full marketing plans that match national and regional objectives
• Develop and maintain ties with community partners and local event organisers
• Find and run local sponsorships and brand partnerships
• Run consumer sampling programmes and assess results to improve them
• Hire, train and lead a group of part time brand ambassadors
• Work with sales and distributor teams to boost retail visibility and in store sales

What they look for

• At least five years in grassroots and brand marketing, ideally in CPG, food or beverage
• Three or more years leading teams or field operations
• Solid record in event marketing, community engagement and project management
• Able to lead teams, juggle priorities and work across functions to tight deadlines
• Organised self starter with strong problem solving and communication skills
• A valid U.S. driver's licence and ability to pass a driving record check

Pay

USD 60,000 to 85,000 per year
