Financial Analyst, Financial Operations

About the role

Analysis and reporting that feeds budget decisions and business plans, including funds flow modelling and workforce planning support. Findings get presented to executives and large groups.

What you will do

• Run financial analysis, read P&L statements and prepare timely reports for practice leadership
• Support budgets for departments and the wider practice, plus forecasting models
• Help assess new business opportunities and maintain the affiliate funds flow model
• Look for ways to improve internal financial processes and help management implement them

What they look for

• Five years in healthcare finance or a comparable financial environment
• Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience in place of education
• Intermediate to advanced Excel and PowerPoint
• Clear writing and speaking, and comfort presenting to executives and large groups
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, able to handle large amounts of varied information

Nice to have

• Master's in Business Administration
• Prior work in the healthcare industry
