About the role

Work directly with clients to understand their financial goals and explain products and services that may fit their needs. Training, mentorship and licensing support are provided for newcomers to the industry.

What you will do

• Explain financial concepts and products clearly and accurately
• Help clients review service and product options based on needs and eligibility
• Build and maintain positive professional client relationships
• Coordinate appointments, client conversations and follow-up communications
• Keep organised records of client interactions and complete required licensing steps
