FinOps Engineer / Architect

About the role

Own the tooling and reporting that make cloud spending visible and accountable across a multi-cloud, Azure-first estate. The role drives cost optimization and scalable financial operations.

What you will do

• Improve cloud cost reporting across Azure, AWS and GCP environments
• Design, build and maintain tooling for budgeting, variance analysis, anomaly detection and executive reporting
• Advance cost allocation through better labeling, tagging, showback and chargeback
• Support cost optimization efforts and efficiency gains
• Build analytics solutions using SQL, Power BI and Microsoft Fabric

What they look for

• Two or more years in FinOps, cloud engineering, cloud operations or a related technical field
• Background supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting or cost optimization
• Clear communication and the ability to turn discussions into requirements and deliverables
• Experience with data pipelines on Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Kubecost or Python

Pay

USD 86,450 to 129,675 per year
