Fintech Co-Founder / CMO

About the role

Entrepreneurs receive backing to start and scale their own fintech venture, with a salary or funding plus mentoring from seasoned founders.

What you will do

• Own, build and run your own startup in the fintech field
• Follow a customised development programme built by unicorn founders
• Use a large professional network for recruiting and for guidance from serial entrepreneurs
• Iterate the product together with the team until product-market fit
• Receive coaching to prepare for raising millions and to build sales or marketing

What they look for

• Located in Europe or the Americas, or open to relocating
• Willing to take full responsibility for your startup and scale it beyond 100M in revenue
• Excellent English communication skills
