About the role

A programme that backs ambitious entrepreneurs to launch and grow their own financial technology companies, offering salary or funding plus mentoring from experienced founders.

What you will do

• Own, build and operate your own fintech startup from the ground up
• Follow a tailored development programme focused on goals, time and energy management
• Get help hiring through a large professional network and advice from serial entrepreneurs
• Receive coaching to prepare your company for raising significant funding
• Refine your product with guidance until it fits the market, then build sales or marketing

What they look for

• You live in Europe or the Americas, or are ready to relocate
• You accept full responsibility for your startup and aim to scale it past 100 million euros in revenue
• You communicate excellently in English
