Human Resources Business Partner, Manager

About the role

A manager level HR business partner who advises leaders and staff in assigned areas, helping to carry out people strategies that serve business goals, engagement and growth in a fast moving healthcare setting.

What you will do

• Coach leaders on workforce planning, organisational design, talent growth, succession and engagement
• Advise on team effectiveness, change management and culture efforts as the organisation grows
• Handle complex employee relations cases, investigations, performance issues and workplace conflict
• Make sure policies, employment practices and performance expectations are applied consistently
• Spot emerging employee relations patterns and suggest fixes before they grow
• Lower organisational risk by keeping practices in line with federal, state and local employment law

Pay

USD 95,000 to 115,000 per year
