P&C Product Management Analyst (International)

About the role

Support an international property and casualty product team through data analysis and reporting that helps hit profit and growth targets in assigned regions.

What you will do

• Recommend pricing strategy, planning, forecasting and policy growth actions
• Maintain and help build product dashboards and reports in Excel, Tableau or similar tools
• Track results of actions taken by the extended regional team
• Prepare briefing materials for business reviews with leadership and stakeholders
• Identify, measure and control risks in line with compliance policies

What they look for

• Two years of product or program management work analyzing data and forming recommendations, or an advanced business degree
• Intermediate skills with data querying tools and dashboards such as Excel or Tableau
• Experience turning data into briefings and presentations
• Growing knowledge of product regulations and risk and compliance requirements

Nice to have

• Product management experience focused on analytics and storytelling, ideally in property and casualty insurance
