Freelance Creative Director (German-speaking)

About the role

Lead a humorous campaign aimed at small business owners in German-speaking markets, from the first concept through final delivery, working with a strategist, a copywriter and a director.

What you will do

• Take ownership of the concept and see it through to final delivery with the strategist and creative lead
• Develop scripts alongside the German copywriter
• Collaborate with the director from preparation through the last edit
• Assess edits, motion work and AI-generated shots and give usable feedback
• Present the work to the client and stand behind it

What they look for

• A track record leading comedic campaigns, with work where you made the key decisions
• Fluent German and a feel for humour in Germany, Austria and Switzerland
• Experience both on set and in post-production
• Comfort working with tight schedules and small teams
• Fluent English, since the team works in English
