About the role

Trains and evaluates AI agents on expert fluid simulation tasks. Involves setting up and running simulations from CAD geometry, building verified reference solutions and writing Python checks.

What you will do

Set up and run CFD simulations from provided CAD geometry
Build verified reference solutions for simulation tasks
Write Python checks to validate the agent's results
Evaluate AI agent output on expert-level fluid simulation work

What they look for

Several years of hands-on CFD experience with OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent or CFX, or STAR-CCM+, including meshing
Practice in verification and validation, including mesh independence and benchmark comparison
Comfortable using Python and GitHub
English at B2 level or above

Nice to have

Background in aerospace, automotive, offshore or turbomachinery
Experience with multiphase or particle-laden flows
