About the role

Support the training and assessment of AI agents working on advanced fluid simulation problems. Prepare simulation cases, produce trusted reference results and code checks in Python.

What you will do

Set up and run fluid simulations from supplied CAD geometry
Create verified reference solutions for the simulation tasks
Write Python scripts that check the agent's results
Evaluate AI agent output on expert-level simulation work

What they look for

Degree in mechanical or aerospace engineering, or energy, oil and gas or a similar field
Several years of practical CFD work in industry or research, meshing included
Hands-on use of OpenFOAM, ANSYS Fluent or CFX, or STAR-CCM+
Experience with verification and validation, including mesh-independence studies and benchmark or experimental comparisons
Working knowledge of Python and GitHub
English at B2 level or higher

Nice to have

Background in aerospace, automotive, offshore or turbomachinery
Experience with multiphase or particle-laden flows
A PhD is preferred but not mandatory
