Freelance, project-based role turning creative concepts into precise 3D poly models for automotive and product design work, delivering complex projects independently.
What you will do
- Build concept and poly models from creative and technical briefs
- Develop and refine low-poly and high-poly models to high quality standards
- Model exteriors, interiors and add-on components
- Prepare models for photorealistic visualization
- Collaborate with designers, engineers and other stakeholders on quality
What they look for
- Strong command of Autodesk Maya, Autodesk Alias Subdivision or Blender
- Extensive experience with complex 3D models and workflow optimization
- At least three years of professional poly modeling, ideally in automotive or premium product design
- Ability to translate 2D sketches into accurate 3D models
- Keen sense of design, surfaces, form and detail
- Independent, organized working style with a team mindset
