About the role

Run the full recruitment cycle for client roles at any seniority, from sourcing and interviewing to negotiating offers, while building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.

What you will do

• Interview, test and refer applicants for client positions across seniority levels
• Work with clients to understand current hiring needs and expectations
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening and offer negotiation
• Design and implement sourcing strategies to attract top talent
• Coordinate interviews to create a positive experience for candidates and managers
• Build university relationships and proactively recruit experienced candidates

• Strong attention to detail, organisation and adaptability to shifting priorities
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Ability to build relationships across diverse backgrounds and cultures
• Ability to work both independently and in a team
• High sense of urgency and comfort in a fast-paced environment
• Experience proactively sourcing candidates and at least one to two years in recruiting
