What you will do
- Interpret conversations between clients in real time, for example between English and French
- Keep meaning and tone accurate and culturally appropriate
- Follow standard procedures and organizational guidelines for interpreting
- Meet or exceed quality, productivity and compliance targets
- Apply client updates, process changes and policy enhancements from leadership
- Protect confidentiality and take part in training, coaching and quality calibration

- Energetic and positive approach to problems
- Flexibility for rotational shifts including nights, five days a week with two days off
