French-Speaking Customer Support Agent, Financial Services

About the role

Support role in a customer assistance centre for card products, starting on the front line and later moving into back office channels.

What you will do

• Help cardholders by phone, chat and email with issues such as lost cards, benefits, transactions and balances
• Record and follow every interaction in the CRM system
• Begin with front line phone or chat support in French
• Take on back office work including email and social media support
• Handle 10 to 20 cases daily across roughly 10 client tools

What they look for

• French at native or C1 level
• English at B1 level
• Two years or more of call centre experience
• Advanced written communication
• Confident computer use and strong multitasking
