Frontend Engineer, Ads Campaign Manager

About the role

A mid-level frontend role on an ads manager team, building tools that let advertisers create and manage campaigns at scale, with emphasis on usability, performance and reliability.

What you will do

• Build intuitive, accessible interfaces for creating and managing advertising campaigns
• Work with product managers, designers and backend engineers to scope projects from advertiser needs
• Own technical design, implementation, testing and release of medium sized frontend projects
• Review code and document technical decisions for the team
• Improve frontend performance and reliability, fix bugs and contribute reusable components and patterns

What they look for

• Three or more years in software engineering, with at least two in frontend
• Experience building and maintaining production web applications
• Ability to break down projects, weigh technical tradeoffs and deliver independently
• Clear communication and a collaborative approach to solving problems
• Experience writing maintainable code, testing work and taking part in code reviews

Nice to have

• Experience with advertising products, creative tools or design systems
• Experience working directly with product managers and designers
