About the role

You will build features end to end for a mature cloud contact centre platform used with Microsoft Teams, working across frontend, backend, integrations and cloud services in a Stockholm product team.

What you will do

Design, build, test and maintain platform features across the stack
Build distributed backend services on Azure Service Fabric and create REST APIs and database solutions
Work with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps and GitHub Copilot, applying AI-assisted development practices
Partner with product, UX, QA, support and operations from concept to production
Contribute to architecture, code reviews, CI/CD and improvements in testing, security and performance

What they look for

Strong C and .NET skills with web application experience
Frontend development experience and understanding of usability and responsive interfaces
Familiarity with cloud development, preferably Microsoft Azure
Hands-on experience with Visual Studio and with GitHub Copilot or similar AI tools, including careful review of generated code
