About the role

Holds the most senior legal seat, setting legal and enterprise risk strategy and advising the chief executive, founders and board. Also leads commercial contracting, governance and corporate development work.

What you will do

Own the commercial contract architecture, including customer and partner agreements, data processing addenda and NDAs
Act as accountable legal adviser to leadership, flag material risks early and hold final legal sign-off
Advise on partnerships, investments, acquisitions and integrations
Strengthen governance, entity management, contracts and intellectual property and data rights
Provide senior legal guidance on privacy and data protection

What they look for

Experience as a senior-most legal leader, ideally in digital identity, data protection, software or advertising regulation
Ability to give clear, decision-ready advice to executives and a board
Track record leading in-house teams and managing outside counsel
Skill at making commercially pragmatic decisions at speed
Experience with corporate development and strategic transactions
