Global Meetings and Events Senior Associate, Meeting Planning

About the role

A planning role supporting complex, high visibility meetings and events, owning assigned operational workstreams from planning through closeout, including registration, communications and onsite logistics.

What you will do

• Support assigned programs end to end, managing workstreams and communicating progress, risks and priorities
• Keep timelines, agendas, action logs and planning materials current and track follow up actions
• Build and maintain Cvent registration sites and attendee facing event apps
• Coordinate travel, accommodations, transportation and event materials for attendees
• Provide onsite support for registration, check in, attendee services and logistics

• Experience with Cvent registration and event app management
• Ability to spot challenges early and recommend practical solutions
• Skill coordinating across internal functions and external suppliers
• Experience tracking budgets, supplier costs and event expenses
