Graphic Designer, Performance Creative

About the role

Create static advertising, landing page and brand visuals for direct-to-consumer online stores, with an emphasis on performance creative that drives sales rather than only looking polished.

What you will do

• Produce visual assets for landing pages and email campaigns.
• Adapt campaign visuals to different formats and placements.
• Turn creative briefs into finished designs.
• Keep brand assets organized and consistent.

What they look for

• At least two years in graphic design, ideally in direct-to-consumer ecommerce or an agency.
• Strong skills in layout, typography and composition.
• Proficiency with Figma plus Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Comfort producing many concepts at volume.
• Able to follow direction and iterate quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience designing performance advertising specifically.
• Motion design and After Effects skills.
• Photo retouching and product compositing.
