What you will do

• Design static and motion graphics for paid campaigns on Meta, Google Display and Pinterest
• Retouch, colour grade and process product photos in line with brand and corporate identity guidelines
• Use generative AI tools to speed up asset creation, background edits and short motion clips
• Resize and reframe concepts across formats such as square, vertical, portrait and horizontal banners
• Collaborate with an international performance marketing team to turn data into design iterations
• Follow workflow plans, meet deadlines and flag bottlenecks or process improvements

What they look for

• One to two years of professional graphic design or photo editing experience, ideally in e-commerce or direct to consumer retail
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom and Illustrator plus Figma for digital layout
• Hands on use of or clear interest in AI tools such as Runway and Photoshop Generative Fill
• Solid written and spoken English for daily remote work with an international team
• Open, feedback friendly mindset, adaptable and dependable at meeting deadlines alone
