Growth Marketing Manager

About the role

Owns go-to-market execution and account-based marketing and sales programs for a set of target utility accounts. Builds positioning, messaging, and campaigns for assigned service lines to support business development goals.

What you will do

• Design and run account-based programs for target utility accounts with Sales
• Create sales enablement materials and training for sales and programs teams
• Work with Market Intelligence to fold competitive findings into messaging
• Lead thought leadership programs such as webinars, expert video, and blogs
• Coordinate with digital, design, and content colleagues on campaign execution

What they look for

• Five or more years of B2B product or solutions marketing experience
• Proven work building positioning and messaging for technical or service offerings
• Ability to apply account research and intent data to account strategy
• Strong writing skills, producing positioning rather than only briefing it
• Comfort working directly with sales stakeholders on account strategy

Nice to have

• Account-based marketing or sales program experience
• Utility or energy industry knowledge
• Familiarity with Claude or similar AI tooling for research and drafting
